Service Description

New to Swimming Lessons? This is the course for you! We will work on skills to help us adjust to the water and create building blocks for swimming. Most important we will have fun!

Participating in physical activities may result in injury and Birnamwood Group Fitness nor its providers will be held responsible for any medical related expenses related to injuries. All attendees choose to participate at their own risk releasing Birnamwood Group Fitness and it associates of any liabilities. There is no lifeguard on duty for any pool related activities. Swim at your own risk.
