Service Description

This class is for those who have completed level 1 and/ or are able to blow bubbles in the water, get into prone positions and submerge their faces.

Cancellation Policy

Participating in physical activities may result in injury and Birnamwood Group Fitness nor its providers will be held responsible for any medical related expenses related to injuries. All attendees choose to participate at their own risk releasing Birnamwood Group Fitness and it associates of any liabilities. There is no lifeguard on duty for any pool related activities. Swim at your own risk.
