Service Description

This course is for those who have completed Level 2 and/or are able to submerge fully underwater, swim short distances independently and can demonstrate back floats.

Cancellation Policy

Participating in physical activities may result in injury and Birnamwood Group Fitness nor its providers will be held responsible for any medical related expenses related to injuries. All attendees choose to participate at their own risk releasing Birnamwood Group Fitness and it associates of any liabilities. There is no lifeguard on duty for any pool related activities. Swim at your own risk.
