This course is for those who have completed and passed Level 3 and/ or can swim independently, can perform back & front floats, and can submerge fully underwater.

All attendees choose to participate at their own risk releasing Birnamwood Group Fitness and it associates of any liabilities. There is no lifeguard on duty for any pool related activities. Swim at your own risk.
